This data protection declaration describes how we, Maschinen Umwelttechnik Transportanlagen GmbH, A-2000 Stockerau, Schießstattgasse 49 (hereafter: "M-U-T", "we", or "us"), are responsible for data processing, collect, store and process information about individual visitors to this website.

2 Access Data

We, the website operator or page provider, collect data on access to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see art. 6 par. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and store these as "server log files" on the server of the website. The following data is logged in this way:

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to clarify cases of misuse. If data have to be deleted for reasons of evidence, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally resolved.

5 Purposes of use of personal data and legal bases

We only collect and process access data that your Internet browser automatically transmits to us for technical reasons to make the website available. Depending on the access protocol used, the log data record contains general information with the following contents: User ID, browser and platform. These data do not allow us to draw any conclusions about your person

6 Contact Request

7 Newsletter

For our registering newsletter service, you must indicate your gender, your title, your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number, your postal address and your preferred areas of interest.

Insofar as you have given us your consent to data processing when registering for the newsletter service, we process and store the personal data provided with the newsletter registration exclusively in order to provide the newsletter service and to inform you about events, products, services and/or advertising campaigns of M-U-T in accordance with the newsletter service subscribed to in each case. Your personal data will be deleted after your cancellation. Your consent to receive the newsletter expires at the same time. At the end of each newsletter you will find the link to cancel your subscription.

8 Disclosure of Personal Data
